My name is Isidora Morokvašić Stančić. After graduating from the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad in 2012, I completed an internship at the Psychiatry Clinic, in the department for schizophrenia and schizophreniform disorders. Following this, I obtained my license as a clinical psychologist and healthcare associate by passing the professional exam at the Ministry of Health. I have been educated in various therapeutic approaches, primarily Transactional Integrative Psychotherapy, ACT, and EMDR therapy. I am not a strict advocate of a single therapeutic approach, as through experience I have realized that different clients benefit from different methods. Therefore, I adapt my techniques and way of working according to each client’s individual needs. I also volunteered at the Center for War Trauma, where I conducted psychological assessments and worked as a volunteer counselor, trained to support individuals with traumatic experiences. At a gambling addiction treatment center, as well as a methadone center, I gained experience working with different forms of addiction. For more than ten years, I have been providing psychological counseling and psychotherapy to individuals facing various emotional and psychological challenges. During one phase of my career, I decided to apply my knowledge in working with people focused on personal growth and development through human resources. In this role, I was responsible for recruitment and candidate selection, organizing and creating trainings and workshops, and working one-on-one with employees on their personal development.
